For some staff they will be a member of a Queue 


For instance the IT Service Desk will have different members Logged in and out depending on time of day / holidays etc


To see the Queue's 


Click the 3 dots in the top right and chose Q-Manger View



Then click on the Queue you want 



You should now be able to see who is a member and who is logged in and out


As well as other stats like call times etc
